Don't think we've met yet, I enjoy looking at your photographs, always aspire to take images the quality of yours. I'm doing a degree in Wildlife and Media in Penrith, at the moment I've got a Canon 350 D with standard 200mm lens, I'm hopefully going to update my gear shortly. I noticed you own a 100-400mm Canon lens and was just wondering what you thought of it? Funds are limited so can only afford around that range of price.
Cain - the 100-400mm is a very good lens indeed, I use it most frequently on my travels as it is a compact peice of glass when the lens is retracted (ideal for had luggage) - there will be some new images with this lens over the next few days ~ next week.
All the Thailand images on this blog were with that lens.
